Political Ads Hit Home-August 24, 2004

A group of veterans gathered at the Clackamas
County Courthouse to protest the political statements of one
of their own. Alfred French has worked in the District
Attorney's office in Clackamas for 20 years, but his recent
appearance in a TV ad denouncing John Kerry has a group of
vets calling for his resignation.

"Someone the community trusts," says veteran Don Stewart, "cannot be lying in
sworn affidavits."
