I just made calls for MoveOn

I absolutely hate doing cold calls, but I figured this election is way too important for me not to get involved so I volunteered. I got names and numbers through the internet portal and followed a script and entered answers as appropriate.

I came across one sweet 91 year old lady and when I asked if she was registered, she said yes and said "And I'm voting for Kerry. I can hardly wait". That was def the highlight of my day. She went on for a bit and what really amazed me was how sharp she was about politics. She said she just couldn't stand how Bush is trying to pick on the little guy all the time and she is just sick of him. Certainly made me smile. I just wanted to share:-)
