I need some help on this...

Misleader.org sent an email about Bush hiding poverty numbers...in it they refer to the accusations that the GOP congress has been passing bills and rushing judges through in the middle of the night when no Dems are there. I have heard this on the news before, but I cant find any links. The reference misleader uses is http://www.tompaine.com/feature2.cfm/ID/9587 which is just a reprint of a article from the St. Louis Post-Dispatch but the link they give for the original article is broken. Ive tried putting different terms into google news, but cant find any good articles stating this blatent subversion of our democracy...any help is greatly appreciated!!

Thanks...I have that text...what Im looking for though are actual facts to back it all up...in otherwords, some news articles or congressional records that talk about late-night bill passing and secret judge confirmations. The Under the Cover of Darkness is a great article, but doesnt site any sources for the info...
