EESH! Now there's a big pink pig ...
looks like it's filled with helium. LEt's hope it makes it safely through the march. If it were to go up in flames, LOTS of people would get hurt.

Right Jchild the Dragon fire was enough! Helium is not so dangerous (it's not flammable) so I don't see a problem.

3. Depends on what its shell made of.
Helium is inert and won't burn. The material (paper? nylon?) would, but let's hope nobody gets stupid.
