"Horns and Halos" -- a documentary
http://www.hornsandhalos.com/screenings.html

This is coming up soon in Denvoid, and I thought I'd post this here, as I see that it's also in other places.

Has anyone here seen it? I don't remember seeing a mention of it.

1. Is this the one about Hatfield?
The guy who wrote the book about Bush that was pulled from publication because of (alleged) innacuracies. I as recall the author committed suicide. This film was on TV not long ago. I remember thinking that the author had, errr, some issues. In fact I thought he was seriously nuts, at least as portrayed in the film.

Hatfield and the Soft Skull Publisher (can't remember his name) come across as true believers of their cause and human to a fault. Over shading this was the eerie and scary feeling that some one was out to stop them at any cost. Two thumbs up.

5. Playing 11:30 p.m. through Sept. 3rd, 12th St. & Second Avenue.
It may be free. I was unable to read the entire card in the dark in Central Park. The person who showed it to me, said it was free.

So, all New Yorkers, check this out. Every day from today through September 3rd, 11:30 p.m. I think it is called East Village Cinema. (or Cinema East Village) Worth checking.
