Repub guy on Franken show was a lunatic

Just heard a Repub guy on Frankens radio show and the guy was a barking lunatic.. Said Bush has a good environmental record, said global warming was not based on science.. He got more ridiculous from there.

Also said he was worried Bush would move to the left in a second term.. WTF???!

Im working at the same time so didn’t catch his name.. Anyone know who that was?

13. The guy that was on after him ...

According to a poster below, it was Rich Viguerie... the guy was a raving loony!!

Said something to the effect that Democrats were selling baby body parts.

4. Yeah, and he kept referring to the
Democrat Party. I wrote to Franken's show and ask them to correct people when they do this.

11. Stein spoke to Parents
Weekend at Rochester Institute of Technology last fall. My wife and I went to hear him. His conservative spin received some applause from the parents....very little support when he spoke about Bush if i remember correctly.

7. that "bush moving to the left" thing
This is where we need to seize the advantage. The really radical rabid right republicans really do believe that Bush is only "faking" being a conservative, by reason that he hasn't rounded up all the pinko terraist homos and A-Rabs and put them in concentration camps.

We need to exploit that if we can . . . anybody up for a good lurk in freepworld? The more we can associate today's republicanism with the complete loony tunes nutjobs that support them the better.

I for one don't want them to seem even remotely moderate - because it will scare away the lunatic fringe.

9. "Baby parts" guy is direct mail evil genius Rich Viguerie...
... and yes, he was plugging one of the few right-wing books worth reading, because it's the communication, stupid!

Among Viguerie's sane and lucid comments was one stating that Dems and progressives have done a better job organizing on the 'Net than GOPers and Cro-Magnoservatives. Eat that, Jim Robinson!

10. That was Ben Stein. You know "Win Ben Stein's Money".
Franken got him to admit he got his points from "The Heritage Foundation", which is part of the neo-con cabal. Most of what they say is researched can be discredited if you take the time.
