I need help from my fellow DU'ers (Ani Difranco Tour)

Hey folks!

Some of you know my as the National Director for www.progressivevote.org now merged with www.pdamerica.org. I am working as the field director there. I need your help! I have very little turn aroudn time for a fun project I thought I could solicit help from my DU friends. We are working with Ani Difranco on her VOTE DAMMIT Tour. We and Feminist Majority are organizing the activist part. Just got off the phone with her tour manager. She wants to put together a 20 min quick rotation of great quotes related to voter education / voter appathy / progressive issues / etc that will be on stage inbetween acts. This is what we have so far:

early on in the primary season I saw an email about how ONE VOTE had an impact on the outcome of an election in a list of races. Does anyone have that data?

...my friend started them....they are focused on registering the 22 million single women who didn't vote in the 2000 election and who were eligible....
