Flight 587 - November 2001 - was it terrorism?
Edited on Tue Aug-31-04 04:29 PM by KurtNYC
This story broke right after the russians were pretty much forced to admit that their 2 simultaneous crashes were terror (Chechnya) related. Has anyone else seen any development on this story?

A captured al-Qaeda operative has told Canadian intelligence investigators that a Montreal man who trained in Afghanistan alongside the 9/11 hijackers was responsible for the crash of an American Airlines flight in New York three years ago.

snip

The source claimed Jdey had used his Canadian passport to board Flight 587 and "conducted a suicide mission" with a small bomb similar to the one used by convicted shoe bomber Richard Reid, a "Top Secret" Canadian government report says.

But officials said it was unlikely Jdey was actually involved in the crash, which killed 265 people and is considered accidental. The fact that al-Qaeda attributed the crash to Jdey, however, suggests they were expecting him to attack a plane

1. was this the one in queens where the tail supposedly fell off for no
reason?

Who didn't know that was terrorism (except for the NTSB shills, who knew but didn't say, prolly)

3. yes, and there were plenty of eyewitnesses
who confirmed an explosion and fire before the tail separated and the jet went down.

It was hushed up because it made the Bush people look bad for not immediately tightening security before flights were allowed to resume.

2. If it was, we'd never hear about it from the Imperials
They'd be too concerned with protecting airline profits.

Plus the victims were black, so I';m sorry to say they knew the story would disappear quickly.

Finally, they knew they had nothing to fear from "Investigative Reporters" because there is no such animal in the Infotainment Biz.

4. I called it terroism the day it happened. Remember, the airlines
were just getting back to speed and the Xmas holiday season was fast approaching. Bushco had given the airlines a $15billion bail out. The last thing the economy needed was a flare-up in terror. And it would have been a knife through the heart of bushco...they would have been sent packing before Xmas, 2001 if it had come out that it was terror.

And didn't this happen on 11/11?

The biggest giveaway - before all of the wreckage had made it to the ground, bushco was out saying "it wasn't terrorism."

When the caught the shoe bomber, that sealed it for me.
