Something stange on CNN (Ahmed Chalabi)

I turned on CNN this morning and I saw the news that there had been an assassination attempt on Ahmed Chalabi's Life. They said he was a politician and working on the interim government. But, I am thinking to myself that this is the same Chalabi that was called a spy for Iran by Tenet and the CIA. However CNN did not call him a spy or try to take us back to the time when he was accused of being one.

So could somebody clarify this for me, is this the same Chalabi that was called a spy by the CIA?
