2. She laid it out step by step........

How the central vote counting program can be entered, back door, and the tabulations changed (no password required). The accounting equivilant of a second set of books... you know....one for the tax man and then the REAL one.
This is the point at which the electronic, paper, absentee, (i.e. ALL th votes) get added together.
She said that states attorneys general have RUN AWAY from this information because, once they see it THEY ARE REQUIRED BY LAW to do something about it.
