How do you think the staunch Bush supporters will react on Nov 3rd
when the realize he's a big loser in every sense of the word? Do you think they'll all commit mass suicide? Maybe all drink the Bush kool-aid? Will the all stay home from work and cry in their beds? Will they stop attending church and be angry when Kerry puts an end to endless wars? Will they get upset that jobs will be plentiful and big government will become smaller? What will happen to their blind none-thinking way of life?

2. Nothing was so fun
as going to work after Clinton was elected - nothing. And they all knew I had worked on the campaign too. That's what made it sweet.

6. crying in their beers
They will just ramp up there Kerry hate industry just as they did for Clinton. A great deal of the right wing actually makes its living off of the liberal hate industry.

In fact, I hope to create anti liberal props with subliminal messages in them soon and sell them to the neo con rubes. they deserve it.

13. I think it's gonna be that way for a long time, no matter what party wins.
Edited on Wed Sep-01-04 02:18 PM by Kid_A
This country is so polarized that it's impossible for everyone to truly support the President. If Bush wins, people will continue to hate him. If Kerry wins, people will continue to hate him. It's gonna be this way until the tone of the political discourse changes, and that ain't gonna happen any time soon.

And welcome to DU!:toast:

4. "The Terrorists Have Won!"
"Get your guns out . . ."

Civil War II - the W sequel . . .

Basically, the same effect as if Gore would have been handed the 5-4 vote instead of Bush.

Osama wouldn't have had to attack on 9/11, he would have been watching the "patriots" fighting the "administration" on Fox's satellite feed . . .

5. They'll challenge the results...
Edited on Wed Sep-01-04 12:59 PM by LiberalEsto
and bitch and whine and maybe even have their brownshirts riot every step of the way until Kerry is sworn in, trying to overturn the election. (Surprise! It's very difficult, if not impossible, to conduct recounts with some electronic touch-screen voting machines.)

Then they'll sic their media poodles on Kerry, doing everything they can to vilify and destroy him, or at least make his life miserable for 4 years, just like they did with Clinton.

They'll search relentlessly like starving vultures for any chance to impeach him. They'll obstruct all Kerry's initiatives, block his court appointments, and go all-out-insane to win more seats in the 2006 congressional race so they can do even more obstructing.

They'll try to appoint a special prosecutor to investigate Kerry for something or other, with the intention of rendering his presidency ineffective and helpless.

The only way to head them off is to take back Congress, and start prosecuting some of these bastards for war crimes, etc. as soon as possible. No pardons.

8. I've already heard: "Kerry won't be MY president, no matter what!"
from a Bush delegate on TV

Be prepared for wall to wall disrespect, dirty tricks, and hate as long as Dems are in office--just like Clinton years.

10. If anyone tells me Kerry stole it,
I'm just gonna look at them, and say what they've been saying for the last 4 years: "Get over it."

I can't wait! :D

14. They will be pissed at first...
Then when the investigations begin and the see how truly crooked he was, they will then eat crow. I think there will be a small group of hold outs that will feel disenfrancised. And these zelots will be the ones that will cause the most problems. Frankly, I think most repukes will be happen that the nation has centered itself again.
