7. Hmm. So I guess the GOP bosses were so happy ....
... with the notion that Zell is a soulless opportunistic who was willing to make himself useful that they never bothered to ask whether he's also an utter whackaloon.

And maybe they're not the best people to make that judgment anyway.

8. As a suffer of Manic Depression
I thought it had all the signs of a severe case of that too. Although, it did seem a bit like how my Grandmother acted from her Alzheimer's too.

9. That is no Alzheimers
I was thinking that Zell was blackmailed, but am now thinking, that he is just an ignorant Neocon and never really belonged with the Dems. W's got him now and I don't see how they will love him much either. He makes the Freeps look dummbber than usual, if that is possible.

11. This shouldn't be joked about:
Alzheimer's is a very serious and very sad disease. It's very painful to watch a relative go through the disease (as I am watching now). I know the signs of the disease, and trust me Zell Miller doesn't have it. I had the "pleasure" of hearing part of his speech in the car; it was vulgar, offensive, angry, and immature. But that doesn't mean we should stoop to his level by joking about things that just aren't funny.

13. I don't know if you think I would joke about it
My mother has Alzheimers and there is nothing funny about it. I think Zell has something much different. Indescribable perhaps.

14. I am not sure it's a joke.
From his behavior, it seems he really could have some sort of brain disease.

16. It is not a joke
they had experts call to Malloy, and they said that it could very well be early Alzheimers... so lets just put this behind us, and have some kindness... even if he makes us mad. Oh and using vulgar language is one sign of it

and if he has it... the pukes are even more disgraceful as they used him...

If this is the case, we must offer our condolenscens to the family. Lets put this behind us, and work hard to get Kerry elected folks

17. I posted last week that maybe he has a brain tumor..the man ain't right.
There is a Woody Akken movie in which Alan Alda is a liberal NYC lawyer. His son who has always agreed with Alda now turns into a little RW Repug. Turns out he has a brain tumor, which once removed, turns the young man back into an intelligent, charming young man.

Something is definitely wrong, either that or he sure put on a good act for many years.
