Don't go that route. Do this instead. Go here and bypass the middle men.

They have a product that will suit you and you will not be dealing with the rip-off merchants. Verisign will hook you up with themselves or one of their partners, all of which are reputable processors.

I use Verisign and http://www.merchante-solutions.com/ and PayFlow Pro on my sites and it works perfectly: real-time integrated transactions and web based manager system for reporting and manual charges.
