Whereintheworldis Colin Powell?
I was just wondering why the Secretary of State didn't speak at his administration convention? Is he standing just inside the front door of the White House in a doormans uniform, and no-one has recognized him yet?

Seriously, is he doing anything lately?

4. Guess they made an exception for Elaine Chao this morning
sure need those diverse faces! Colin is in the doghouse for admitting there were mistakes made in Iraq. You don't see Rummy either, because nobody at the convention wants to say word one about waht's going on in Iraq today.

3. He was in Central America yesterday.
That is where he made the statement about going to the UN for sanctions against Iran.

7.  Powell
is supposed to be leaving the administration after the election. Guess they don't want to feature a "deserter", huh?

Kindsleazy has also indicated departure after Nov is in her plans. Maybe she wants to go on a world cruise on the tanker "Kindasleazy Rice", incognito.

8. Powell was going to go to Greece for the Olympics but
cancelled out because there were too many demonstrations against him and the U.S.

Even before that, he had let it be known that he was not planning to attend the convention.

Condi has only said that she would be ending her current job. No word whether she would consider a different job in the admin (assuming the voting machines "elect" BushCo for four more).
