successful programs...at least that's what bush* keeps telling us "we're making good progress"...as human bombs blow up in the background..."there are less suiciders", whatever that means...and the WALL is now called a "fence" and it's really just mostly a border marking....tanks? so, don't your feel safer now?...knowing that bush* has a bunch of lower-level substitute people, who cannot make real decisions, in charge of EVERYTHING....sort of like Temporary Substitute Teachers...rarely effective....
