Do Not Despair. Do Not Give Up. Stop Being Afraid. GET INVOLVED.

Although the hour is dark, the Spirits are low, and defeat seems certain, it seems once again that too many of us are succumbing to our fear. And many of us are becoming angry with out brothers and sisters for doing so.

Unfortunately, such emotions are natural. My message to all is do not lose patience with those who down, and for those who are down, do not give into the illusion that they are trying to deceive you with.

The arrogance they are beginning to show is telling, because they now believe they can get away with anything. In the sort term, I am afraid they may be right. But in the long term, they will be quite wrong.

The more arrogant they get, the more brazen they will be, and the more comfortable they get that there will be no consequences, the less careful they will be. And they will get sloppy.

The problem for them is that no matter what, they are finite. Even in some event where we cannot stop them, eventually the will crumble, just like Hitler, Just like Stalin, Just like Rome, and everything that came before them.

The Tide Will Turn. It always does. This forever war dream of theirs will not last. That is small comfort to those who want this to end now, because of the consequences we all face if we do not stop them now.

We cannot let ourselves lose perspective.

I know that they will fail eventually, but we CAN stop them now. We mustn't let ourselves think that the Election is our only remedy. If we limit ourselves to that mental mindset, then we are placing all of our hope into something that we know is rigged, and that they plan to steal. We must play this out to the end, but mentally prepare ourselves for whatever they have in store. This is a fight for our lives, and the fate of the Planet. Do not assume that a game with such high stakes is going to have a simple outcome.

Consider the October Surprise eminent. We know they are going to try and steal the election. Look folks, this isn't what everyone wants to hear, but the survival of democracy may have to take a different path this time, and remedy through the traditional venues may not work, and may not be allowed.

If that is true, the question you need to ask yourself is, "Am I just going to give up, or will I find another way?"

The Truth is simple. They will only win if we LET THEM. They will only win if WE Give Up.

We must discard the fear and the inevitability that they are pushing forth right now. It amazes me that people keep falling into the same trap over and over again.

These are not Gods we are up against. These are Human Beings. They are fallible, and they will eventually make a mistake.

These people really don't have much of a vision if you think about it. The only thing they really seem to be interested in money, power, and the expansion of that power through control and empire, but if you look at how they have gone about things, they are incredibly incompetent, and they don't plan well.

They are only still here because we have not risen up to STOP THEM.

Stop falling into their Psi-Ops. Stop paying attention to their fear-mongering and bullying.

Volunteer. Get Involved. It is time to ignore the false polls and the Media Drumbeat. It is time to stop fearing the worst, and PREPARE for the worst, and prepare to FIGHT BACK if it happens.

Stop being afraid of losing your country. You lost it already. You lost in on December 12, 2000 in a bloodless coup and a stolen election, and a corrupt Supreme Court.

Stop living in fear of what COULD happen. You know what these people are going to do, and you know what they are capable of.

They rule through fear because if we are not afraid, they are not in power. Period.

Take their Power Away. Ignore them. Get Involved. Fight Back. Work together.

And if they Steal the Election or somehow remain in Power, we will decide what our response is.

But we will NOT Lie Down And Die.

We will not simply let them win.

What we need to do is send a clear message that if they want ALL the Spoils there will be a Price to be Paid, and it will be to High to make the end result worth the trouble.

In the Birth of Our Nation, The British must have looked invincible too.

And you know what, they kind of WERE.

But unless Bush and his Cabal have somehow revised THAT History too, the last time I checked, They LOST.

Now we have our own King George.

And once again, We The People are The Underdogs.

And you know what?

I like our chances.

I really do.

6. Dear Watcher, Welcome to DU.

How long have you been involved and what actions have you been a part of? Thanks for your spirit, but what really have you been an active participant in? Thanks in advance for your response. Where have you been the last couple of years?

Because if the spirit of my post did that, then it had an opposite affect. And there is no reason te "Welcome" me to DU, because I am hardly a new Member.

It makes me sad that people would respond this way to someone who simply expressing words of hope.

Is it because I don't have Star next to my name?

There was one before the last drive, and my donation may be a bit late, but by Monday that will change as well.

As for where I've been the past couple of years, I've been righthere, nearly every day since March 2002, although I did not join until January of last year.


I apologize if my "spirit" or my feeling are out of place here.

And if you somehow read my Post as an accusation that people are involved enough or as CRITICISM of some kind, then you are truly misreading me as a person.

It dissapoints me that someone who expresses wouds of encouragement is met with scorn.

But if that is the way you feel, all I can say is Good Luck To You.

8. Dear Watcher,

Where have you been these last couple of years.

I'm sorry and yes, I am suspicious of anyone that just drops in with all the right words. Forgive me please. I'm far to paranoid and you are most welcome here.

If your heart is true you will be welcomed by all of us here and that is sincere. Sorry once again if I offended you, just a little paranoid I guess. DU keeps most of us sane in these times and maybe I'm a little to protective of DU and my friends here. I've been having to deal with the Protest Warrior bunch on a weekly basis for about 6 months now and to be honest, who we (my SO and I) trust these days is something we consider very seriously every day of every week.

But I am still confused by the Welcome. I've been on DU nearly every day for the last two years, and I started coming here in March of 2002, although I didn't officialy join until January of 2003.

And although I did not take offense to what you wrote, to be treated like a new Poster posting for the first time after spending so many months and hours here day after day for this long, it did feel a little bit like I was being "Asked to see my Parers."

I suppose I can understand the Paranoia, but take a breath my friend. Search the archives, and you will see that I am definitely on your side. :) As a matter of fact one of my Posts was on the Home Page not too long ago.

As for your protective feeling towards DU, it is a good thing. The number of Trolls we have had on this Board has been increasing, and it can be difficult to navigate the waters.

As for where I have been the past two years, I have been involved in trying to convince everyone I know The Truth about what is happeneing in this country. And believe me, I understand about being wary of who to trust, because I am LIHOP, and that can be a very lonely place to be. But sometimes we can become so vigilant that we end up mistaking friend for foe. It's an honest mistake, and I make it too sometimes. It is always those times when I must take a breath and re-center.

Things are as bad now as they have ever been. Some are starting to feel like we have lost. But we haven't lost, and I don't think we will lose. but our adversaries NEED us to remain in FEAR and in DOUBT, even to the point we are suspiscious of one another. They have to keep us off balance at any cost, because if we are United and Focused they are done.

I guess what I was trying to say is that we should stay focused on our goal and not let ourselves get distracted and discouraged.

I discovered DU in March of 2002, and it was an oasis in a world that had gone mad. Ever since then I have been here every day, and like you, it has helped keep me sane in world that no longer seems to be so accomodating for people who seek The Truth.

My goal is the same as yours. My commitment is the same as yours.

And beleive me, when we cross the finish line in November, I will be here, as I have been every day since that day in March when I came in from the Desert. :)

And I will not forget that it really isn't the finish line. There is much work still to be done after that. This won't end with a simple Election.
