Where does the Bush family find all the people who are willing to
do its dirty deeds? It is almost as though there is an unlimited supply of low lifes at the disposal of the Bush family.I am talking about people like Bremer, Negroponte, Otto Reich, Eliot Abrams who don't seem to have any conscience. The only person who seemed to have had a conscience attack is Ben Barnes who found a place for W in the TANG at the "request" of GHWB.

3. Yes, money talks, but so does fear.
I think it's a combination of both. The bush klan is ruthless. I imagine all their offers of cash end with an "or else."

6. He gets them from the same place the Mafia does
Every society has a number of scumbags. America is no different.

Most of the people like the ones you named work for organized-crime groups like La Cosa Nostra. Those employers offer quick cash and lots of it, comfortable working conditions, but they have a downside--if you get caught working for them you get a new job washing clothes in a prison laundry for the next twenty years.

Working for the Bush organized-crime group allows you all the benefits of La Cosa Nostra without any of the unwanted consequences. The Bushes won't go to jail because probably half the country thinks they're reputable. They happen to be slimier than the contents of the septic tank on the Crawford pig farm, but they'll get away with anything they want to pull--because they're Bushes. And because the Bushes aren't going to jail, neither are any of their consiglieres.

7. Wonder if Barnes crisis
of conscience is due to a terminal illness? It would seem that coming forward would make his life worth squat. Maybe he has nothing to lose.

8. Depending on which expert you choose to believe,
one to three in a hundred people is a psychopath (as defined by Robert Hare). Add the sociopaths (people with Antisocial Personality Disorder) and the narcissists, and we're talking about at least five percent of the population. There's your pool.
