6. And we think of him as an 8 year old...what a dilemna!
Why do so many Americans need a Daddy? What has happened? I know Fundies foster this type of dependency, but what about those who are not Fundies? What's their problem?

10. That statement compelled me to write our local papers editor

Well, the Republican Party's televised assault on John Kerry is now over.
Now, America can get back to the Truth. The truth is George Bush is terrified of running on his "accomplishments" these past four years.
let us look at some of Bush's "accomplishments":
1.8 million jobs lost
More and more jobs outsourced overseas and Bush says it is good for America!
1.3 million more in poverty, 700,000 are children.
45 million without healthcare

If Bush views America as a 10 year-old as Andrew Card claims, it is obvious by his actions that Bush does not care whether the 10 year-old sees 11.

The surplus was depleted with tax-cuts that benefited the wealthiest in America. (1.3 million in poverty. Who benefited from the tax-cut?)

One thousand American soldiers have died in the Iraq quagmire. We are there solely because of Bush and his "misspoken" claims of Weapons of Mass Destruction and Saddam's alleged imminent threat to America.
while supporters call those words misspeaking, I call them lies. These lies have taken the lives of a thousand brave Americans.

If any one of us performed as poorly in our jobs as George W. has in his, our hats would have been handed to us and we would have been told not to let the door hit us on the butt on the way out.

George Bush must be shown the door this November. Personally, I hope it smacks him square on the buttocks on his way out.

11. That's because that's the level of his thinking.
He wouldn't the country to be more mature then he is. How could he be a "leader" then?

13. What would *you* think of a populace that will believe any lie
Edited on Sun Sep-05-04 02:55 PM by Cat Atomic
you tell them, allow the election to be stolen with little protest, surrender their rights because they're scared, and then refuse to acknowledge any of it? In fact, they throw you a big party and call it "the Republican National Convention".

I can understand why Bush would see America (which he defines as his supporters) as a bunch of 10 year olds.
