drag Tenet from under his rock

http://www.miami.com/mld/miamiherald/9584265.htm

-long snip-

In October 2002, Tenet told Graham that ''there were 550 sites where weapons of mass destruction were either produced or stored'' in Iraq.

''It was, in short, a vivid and terrifying case for war. The problem was it did not accurately represent the classified estimate we had received just days earlier,'' Graham wrote. ``It was two different messages, directed at two different audiences. I was outraged.''

-snip-

When the weapons were not found, one year after the invasion of Iraq, Bush attended a black-tie dinner in Washington, Graham recalled. Bush gave a humorous speech with slides, showing him looking under White House furniture and joking, ``Nope, no WMDs there.''

Graham wrote: ``It was one of the most offensive things I have witnessed. Having recently attended the funeral of an American soldier killed in Iraq, who left behind a young wife and two preschool-age children, I found nothing funny about a deceitful justification for war.''

1. Very interesting excerpt -- can understand Graham's outrage at "humor"...
of finding no WMDs.

Janene Garofalo says there is a moral difference between a war opponent making a joke aobut wmd and the man who took us into the Iraq War joking about it.

4. I would love to see Tenet tweaked for his lies because I think he would
rat out the Bush Crime Family.

5. Tenet bootlicked.
He sold his soul and it backfired, as he was fired. Why was Tenet fired? The deal for him to be allowexd to "resign" and to keep his mouth shut, I suspect was, that Congress would not charge him for perjury under oath and violating the Geneva Convention and the Constiturion of the USA.

Rumsfailed Admitted to Violating Geneva Convention

Rumsfailed admitted in public that when CIA Director Tenet requested that an Irai prisoner be sent to a secret Afghan/US Prison that Rumsfailed did so. After four months a DOD Attorney stated that this was an illegal act. Rumsfailed then ordered that this prisoner be sent back to Abu Graib but the prisoner was not listed at that location. That is two violations of the Geneva Convention. Tenet and Rumsfailed violated the Geneva convention, thereby also The Constitution of the USA. Not one complaint or charge was made regarding Rumsfailed and Tenet, not even by any Dem in Congress.

Does the US no longer follow the Geneva Convention or the Constitution of the USA?

It appears so.
