Calgary-West MP Rob Anders was part of the quasi-delegation the Conservative Party of Canada sent to the GOP convention.

Rob Anders opposed unanimous consent to granting Nelson Mandela honourary Canadian citizenship, claims that Blacks had it better during the Apartheid era and spoke a total of 980 words in Parliament in this first term from 2000 - 2004, thus earning a total of $45 Canadian for each word that he spoke.

Maybe staunch Apartheid supporter Dick Cheney needed some company...
