Fake Job Numbers from the Bush Administration Paint a Rosy Picture Part II
MOVELEFT MEDIA

According to the Bush Administration Labor Dept., 144,000 net jobs were created in August 2004.

However, the Labor Dept. is speculating about 120,000 of those jobs..

There were 24,000 net jobs businesses actually told the Labor Dept. about in surveys, and the Labor Dept. added 120,000, using a dubious calculation started under the Bush Administration.

5. yes, I don't trust the Bush Administration.
As far as I know, no one is independently verifying the "CES Net Birth Death Model" for job numbers.

3. I knew it!
I knew the jobs created figure was too large, as we've yet to actually had a recovery from the Bush recession.

4. and they still failed to meet expectation
144k jobs made when 150k were expected. They can't even fudge the numbers enough to make it look good.
