is the MOST IMPORTANT aspect of how the election was stolen. it shows calculated pre-meditation on the part of jeb and katie. there are also several different parts to the counting/recounting- wealthy white distrcts have better election equipment and balloting devices with lower error rates than poor minority districts, an illegal ballot design in west palm beach, intimidation by police at polling places and road blocks enroute to polling places in poor districts...there is no "short summary" to it all, which is why so many ignorant un-inquisitive americans remain ignorant as to what really went on.
