Have we become a nation of liars, cheaters and con men that
George W.Bush may very well represent our true selves rather than the idealized image we have of ourselves? Would that be the real explanation of why he can command the support of nearly 50% of our people based on the polls? Cutting corners to gain an edge is as American as apple pie, in my opinion. This is the real reason why no matter what evidence is produced against W, he still commands a huge following.

But I have recently came into position of a large bridge that I am looking to sell. It's in a major metropolis area and could bring millions to the right buyer. Please call 1-800-12WE-CON.

I don't know I think the idea of getting something for nothing is deeply ingrained, but remember the 11th commandment. Thou Shalt Not Get Caught. And President Bush might be a Con, but he's an incompetent boneheaded con. I think there is a good chance people will see through him.

2. George W. Bush
is a pustule on the surface of the American body politic. In other words, what you see on the surface is what's hidden below.

America is all about selling. Of course (with some exceptions) we are hucksters, con-men, glad handers, back slappers, liars and cheaters.

4. I think to answer that, one needs to look at corporate America.
The Ken Lay's, Enrons, Halliburtons and question their priorities, motives, and ethics. Unfortunately, there are a lot of really, bad, bad people out there, sad really.
