Won't the crook meet Kerry for a debate?!??!
Bush stated that he PERHAPS would debate Kerry man-to-man?!?! What is that non-sense?! Why isn't American election about debating man to man, and then the viewers decide who they like? What a sissy that Bush, is he too afraid to be roasted by Kerry on all fronts, because of his stupidity?

3. It is really horrendous
I think that he should be forced to it, dragged onto the stage at least 5 times during the campaign to DEBATE! Why doesn't Kerry make an uprising against this crap?

5. The debates are already scheduled...
I think for every one that Bush* fails to show up for, Kerry needs to show up and give hour and a half long campaign speeches to the national audience. I think if Kerry threatens to do this, Bush*'ll have no choice except to show.

6. Public campaign financing should REQUIRE debates.

It's our country; it's our money; it's our airwaves; it's our interests. I'm sick and tired of "voluntary accountability." They can damned well be required to commit to a series of four 3-hour debates between candidates polling over 5% of the nation. Is three hours too long for those with the attention span of a gnat? Fuck 'em. Arguments over the "format" of the debates? Bullshit. Colleges engage in debates all the time with a uniform, time-tested format. Suck it up, idjits. Questions from the audience? Nope. Questions from the candidates. The questions relevant to the traditionally-articulated topical "Be it resolved that ..." are as much a part of debate as forming arguments. Moderation? American Forensics Association.

7. I'd like to see more than Kerry..
Wouldn't be great if Kerry could get Dean, Clark, Clinton(s), and every other Bush Hating respectable person together to discuss why Bush is wrong for America.

It would have to be televised.
