2. excellent!
That ontology works best. Meme racism with it as well, as a form
of preemptive hate, the early psychology of terrorism, making a
path in life by terror, reacting to fear.

A child crouching on the floor as her parents hatefully curse each
other across the room because they each blame the other for failing
to pay the rent, for losing their job, or not working extra shifts.
Terrorism starts at home.

Somehow it must come home.

3. Not pre-emptive
This wasn't pre-emptive. It was preventative. Pre-emptive wars, where one country makes a first strike in the face of an obvious attack by another country, are understood and generally accepted. Preventative wars are different animals and are not acceptable.

5. Pre-emption isn't striking after an attack
...it's like arresting a person before they've
committed a criminal act.

It's not American. We still live by laws and when
we don't we don't have a democracy.

6. exactly
and now the door's open for any country to
strike pre-emptively against another...the
definition of the people might be loosey goosey,
but it's still a crime against another.
