The best way for Kerry to explain his 87 billion vote on Iraq

5. In the debates, here is what Kerry can do...

Kerry can say that he wanted two things - to make sure there was oversight on the money and that a repeal of the wealthy 2% tax break was needed to pay for it.

Then, to add to it, he can state that because of terrible oversight, 10 billion of the 87 billion is missing and list all the things this 10 billion could have paid for and then.

On top of this he can hit some sort of new program to trump Bush and ask for real money for troops...
