3. Another bogus poll
Is the economy getting better? Yes. Of course it is. Is it getting better as fast as it could be if we had a competent leader? No.

I obviously voted no, but I hate these kinds of questions.

6. Poll changed to question on effect of the election on terror attack
The poll has been changed to a question on whether the election will affect the chance of the US being attacked by terrorists.

7. Yeah, and that's another stupid poll question!
I voted "yes" because I think we are more likely to be attacked if Chimpy is elected. However, a "no" vote could be a reasonable repudiation of Cheney's dumb comment yesterday.

What they will make of the poll is beyond me. But then, most of what CNN does these days is a mystery to me.

8. It's hard to understand why this question has any relevance
considering Dubya has run up the deficit to $400+ billion. Remember that he took over the WH with a $70 billion surplus.

9. Huh, that's a great big fat NO, Johnny.
Geez.

In the past 3.5 years, I got downsized, four of my wife's friends husbands got downsized, my neighbor got dropped and my dad's pension is getting slashed.

You tell me who this economy favors based on such a local example.
