Okay first in recent days we've seen these reports and CNN had a whole tagline today devoted to Bush's records missing ect,

Well take a look at a case study in what goes around comes around!!

'Texans for Truth' Ad Challenges Bush

(USA TODAY) - A group called Texans for Truth will release a TV ad today in which a former lieutenant colonel in the Alabama Air National Guard says neither he nor his friends saw George W. Bush when the future president was supposed to be with their unit in 1972.

Ohhh this just HAS to have the freeper panties in a bunch.

PAYBACK'S A BITCH AIN'T IT??

And see what's more, unlike the swiftbums, this ad has just been released AFTER IT HAS NOW GONE MAINSTREAM THAT BUSH IS LYING ABOUT HIS NATIONAL GUARD RECORD

This is VERY different than the out of left field attack on Kerry's medals which have to be proven false already except in the mind of the freeper.

And to top it off they're from Texas......okay Freepers just TRY to connect the dots just TRY to pin this directly on Kerry's people...

2. I don't care they wanna smear with lies we'll smear with facts
And that's that. This group is from Texas, they have legitimate facts to back them up, this isn't one of those "I served with Kerry even though I never saw him in my life" bullshit.

11. No, it's a "I served with Bush and never saw him" thing.

7. I don't care who's connected with who--it's tit for tat now
and we're going to get the last word in, right?

Really I'm tired of the schoolyard fighting but if that's how the Republicans choose to play then "touche". As Tom Petty says, "no I won't back down"! This is too important.

3. Maybe Rove thought everyone would overlook Bush's lack of service
by attacking Kerry and catching him off guard.

I think he played this out perfectly. Let the Not-So-Swift Boat Liars hang themselves and then when the military records became a talking point of this election, the bad news for Pres U F started coming out from other sources.

I love it.

5. Tweety and Lou Dobbs say that what happened 30 year ago does...
not matter, even though it mattered 3 weeks ago when the Smearboat Veterans were on the attack.

9. It's funny (odd) how priorities can shift when facts are involved.
And then there's 1000 dead American soldiers in the present.

The media can't handle the truth. It's been so long since they abandoned it for propaganda that they don't know how to deal with it other than to dismiss it.

6. Agreed
When Kerry wins (and he will) all the wailing and gnashing of teeth over Kerry's "mistakes" will be forgotten.

10. No it won't.
They will keep the attacks up like they did with Clinton's penis. Not only that they have been moving their guys into place now for several years, in Congress and as judges in governorships (dare I say Assnold). Kerry is going to have a hard time. We have to help him and so does John Edwards.
