Memo to Bush: Bin Laden determined to attack in the US

If you are the president of the United States and you get a classified security alert like that.. Do you spend the next month on a golf and fishing vacation?

This is after you shorten the security reports from 15 pages to 3 pages because you don’t like to read a lot.

Even with your mandate for abbreviated security reports, the warning did not come 'buried' in the first page... It was the TITLE of the security warning!

So as president, you get this national security warning with a cover page title of ..

"BIN LADEN DETERMINED TO ATTACK IN THE US"

Then you immediately decide to become one of the few president's in US history to ever take a 30 day vacation.

That’s got to be one of the worst blunders in US history.

If.. god forbid, president George Bush were to wake up tomorrow and get a national security briefing with the title..

"BIN LADEN DETERMINED TO ATTACK IN THE US"

I would hope that president Bush would not decide to go on his record setting FOURTH 30 day golfing and fishing vacation!!

But even if that all happened again, and when Bush finally gets back to work next month, and right after that one morning Bush gets the news that there is another attack on the US.

I really hope that .....

BUSH DOESN’T GO STRAIGHT TO AN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AND SIT ON HIS ASS AGAIN ALL MORNING

AND THEN RUN LIKE A SCARED RABBIT

1. And If He Does All That (again)...
...the media will all coo about what a great leader he is, just like last time.

3. But will the public buy it?

People seem to be wising up a little to the bullshit excuses for all the failures.
