Edited on Thu Sep-09-04 12:11 PM by yella_dawg
that chimpy signed a document stating:

"It is my responsibility to locate and be assigned to another Reserve forces unit or mobilization augmentation position. If I fail to do so, I am subject to involuntary order to active duty for up to 24 months... "

Email bomb CNN et. al. demanding his immediate recall to active duty, duty station, Iraq.

1. WOOT! I so agree!
Send his ass to Iraq with no special treatment at all. Let's see how fast he either 1) gets himself killed doing something stupid or 2) gets shot in the back "accidentally" by friendly fire.

Call up Bush!

3. Don't even joke about bush playing for the men's league.
We don't want him.

If he enjoys Abu Ghraib (and I'm sure he does) it's for entirely different reasons.

4. Well, it would be right down his alley - all "fun and games", right?
Just frat boy stuff that would let him be mean to others without getting into trouble.

7. The Boston Globe reported this also:
Bush fell short on duty at Guard
Records show pledges unmet
snip------
But Bush fell well short of meeting his military obligation, a Globe reexamination of the records shows: Twice during his Guard service -- first when he joined in May 1968, and again before he transferred out of his unit in mid-1973 to attend Harvard Business School -- Bush signed documents pledging to meet training commitments or face a punitive call-up to active duty

He didn't meet the commitments, or face the punishment, the records show. The 1973 document has been overlooked in news media accounts. The 1968 document has received scant notice.

On July 30, 1973, shortly before he moved from Houston to Cambridge, Bush signed a document that declared, ''It is my responsibility to locate and be assigned to another Reserve forces unit or mobilization augmentation position. If I fail to do so, I am subject to involuntary order to active duty for up to 24 months. . . " Under Guard regulations, Bush had 60 days to locate a new unit.

12. Signed 1973
which would be after Alabama. He claims he served in Colorado while in Boston attending Harvard.

14. Looks like they got him...
...by the short hairs!

Also, I'd like to see his flight logs... surely there is a listing of all his fighter jet hours.
