Poll question: Who is the most evil figure in the Bush administration?

Just wondering who everyone here thought was the most evil person in this administration, and why? I am kind of at a tossup between Rove and Cheney myself, I think both would probably eat their children if it would get them ahead politically.

Rove doesn't do anything himself, he just forms strategies to make the Am people believe a pack of lies. Cheney however, manuvers, threatens, and forces things to happen!
