Written news says state: TV has said several times today it was military. I posted something further down about it. Strange.

So if, as the news anchor said, they give it first to emergency personnel.....then how will so many evacuate the Keys and the east coast or whatever coast will be under fire this time.

I guess this has to be done, but does that mean we are officially under martial law.....or just partially?

2. I have heard it on the news twice today. Local news.
Will check and see if I can find something. I usually watch WTVT at 5 and WFLA at 6. Or portions thereof. One anchor said they would probably not use the power, but they could.

3. What I find in writing says "state" given control? Strange.

Now this link indicates that he gave the power to the "state." The news said military.

And another says "state."

But as late as 6 tonight I heard the anchors say military. Hmmm...mm. Perhaps they did not really pay attention. I checked with hubby, and he says he heard it several times today. There is a huge difference.
