2. not questioning sanity per se, but neurological health.
I'm getting to the point where I'm almost convinced he's got a seizure disorder.

I need ot get hi-rez tape of the 7 minutes avec goat, but I think he might have been seizing. Petit mal, to be sure, but while watching a tape of a petit mal a few days ago, I found some striking similarities, and seizures can be caused by stress....

5. Description of Petit Mal Seizures from the Mayo Clinic
http://www.mayoclinic.com/invoke.cfm?objectid=FF61322D-E4E7-4C51-B7BC3FE4D4758FC3&dsection=2

Signs and Symptoms

In a typical petit mal seizure, a brief, sudden absence of consciousness may occur. There may not be any movement at all, only what appears to be staring. In other cases, a seizure may cause lip smacking, fluttering eyelids, chewing or hand movements. Petit mal seizures last only a few seconds. Full recovery is almost instant. Afterward, there is no confusion, but also no memory of the incident.

Petit mal seizures may occur for weeks or months before an adult notices them, because they're so brief. Also, they usually occur when a child is sitting quietly and seldom during physical activity.

Because these seizures come and go so quickly, a noticeable decline in a child's learning ability may be the first sign of this disorder. Teachers also may comment about a child's inability to pay attention.

Treatment

Many medications can effectively reduce or eliminate the number of seizures for some people. Finding the right medication and dosage can be complex. You need to take medications on a regular schedule to maintain the proper levels in your blood. Standard medications to control petit mal seizures include valproic acid (Depakene) and ethosuximide (Zarontin). Newer medications that have shown some effectiveness for petit mal seizures include lamotrigine (Lamictal) and topiramate (Topamax). Seizure medications are associated with birth defects. If you have epilepsy and you're considering becoming pregnant, talk to your doctor.

Most children with typical petit mal seizures can live an active, productive lifestyle and should be encouraged to do so. Your child probably can participate in physical activities and school with few restrictions. There may be some restrictions with driving or operating dangerous equipment when your child gets older.

Many children with petit mal seizures outgrow their seizure disorder. By late adolescence, many people may be able to discontinue their medication under their doctor's supervision

7. Brain disorder has been mentioned many times here.
"White House staff members report that they rarely see the President during work hours and that when they do, he is generally accompanied by Mr. Rove and almost never either looks at or speaks to members of the staff. He does not appear to recognize many of the staff members and almost all contact with these individuals are carried out by his close aides, especially by Mr. Rove."

"Bush holds as few meetings with the public, including the press, as possible. We get reams of official papers informing us of this or that new directive. Those of us who have an inside track with the staff are taken to dinner and given the questions to ask Bush. These are questions he has been thoroughly briefed on and has memorized the answers for. Anyone who persists in pushing the envelope gets a rocket from the Rove people and does not get invited back."

Reports by a White House insider, published on TBRNews.org reveal that George W. Bush is suffering from unspecified medical problems, characterized by "seizures" or "ministrokes," possibly due to so-called cocaine stroke.

A former cocaine addict, Bush has exhibited increasingly bizarre behavior in recent years, indicative of brain damage (See: http://www.drugabuse.gov/NIDA_Notes/NNVol13N3/Cocaine.html)

Bush's mental impairment is held in check by his handler Karl Rove and Dick Cheney has become the defacto president of the United States, according to the insider's report.

Bush's performance at his latest press conference was questioned due to his anomie, characteristic of his being under heavy medication.

Also Bush's unexplained "pretzel" dive and the resulting bruise on his face several years ago are indicative of brain damage.

Medical experts suggest that mental impairment may also be a sign of HIV infection, measurable even from the earliest stages of the disease. Usually referred to as 'AIDS Dementia' it is recognized as fogetfulness and confusion.
