I thought that was a good question. Why was he?

2. So he could hurry up and tell pResident Unelected how he was supposed
to act and what he was supposed to say and do. But he didn't get to him soon enough, hence the 7 minutes of absolute confusion and fear.

3. He wasn't the first to know...the entire Junta heard at the same time....
...FratBoy was in his motorcade heading to the Sarasota elementary school just prior to the impact of the first plane. Everyone in the motorcade with him found out at the same exact time, including Rove.
