CBS claims Hodges confirmed that Killian indeed had a problem with all the special treatment * was getting. Yesterday they named him. Today he says they misquoted and misled him. Certainly CBS has vetted this story well before sticking to it...certainly they would have the good sense to have a taped copy of the interview.

3. Didn't Dan Rather & Poppy Bush have a fight

during a interview that was live? I thought it went something like this:

Poppy Bush: Dan, are you running for office.
Dan Rather: No, are you?

Something like that. Since then I think the Bush's view Dan Rather as NOT being a team player.

Everyone at CBS news are in their prime. What I find amazing is Mike Wallace & Andy Rooney are over 85 years old & they are better than ever! Everyone at CBS are true old school veterans/journalist! We need to learn & honor from them not do the opposite!
