2. Its a good show. Carvilles shows us how its done.
Every time Russert asked a leading question about Kerry, Carville turned it around to a crticism of Bush.

Staying on message. Refusing to get sucked in. Well done.

3. Ugh, Russert disgusts me...
He couldn't even bring himself to a modest level of courtesy when discussing Carville's book. He read a quote from it where Carville uses (what I imagine to be a Louisiana idiom) the phrase "she walked foot-to-foot". He made a big deal about, saying it needed to be translated into "Buffalo English"

Well, Tim, I'm from Buffalo too and it was pretty fucking clear to me what it meant.

4. I normally get offended when people like Russert make
fun of southerners, but I just watched deliverance, and I didn't know until tonight that my relatives were in a movie.

(not really, but it coulda been them. All of them, except banjo boy, he was the smart one, got sent off to college.)
