CBS's response to my email (forgery issue)

Thank you for taking the time to write. Your support is appreciated. As you can imagine, we've been inundated with negative emails. It's refreshing to hear from a viewer such as yourself. We strive for the highest level of journalistic integrity and will continue to do so, no matter what the cost. A free society demands free, unmuzzled media expression.

3. I know...I was really moved by it

I can only imagine the letters they're getting. It's important we contact these news organizations when they do the right thing. I'm grateful to all the DUers who provide quick/easy access to the various email addresses, etc.

and especially since this was on the network that ditched "The Reagans" so you know there will be a price to pay for the journalists who have been caught blatantly engaging in the forbidden practice of journalism.
