Thank you for taking the time to write. Your support is appreciated. As you can imagine, we've been inundated with negative emails. It's refreshing to hear from a viewer such as yourself. We strive for the highest level of journalistic integrity and will continue to do so, no matter what the cost. A free society demands free, unmuzzled media _expression.

1. nice, but it is boilerplate
several DUers have reported receiving the same reply. but, it's not surprising that they can't respond personally to each.

would LOVE to see what they send to the negative mails (if anything!)

3. Who cares if its boiler plate? Its a very gracious appreciative email.
And even being a generalized response, it is a personal reply that expresses what individuals at CBS are dealing with due to the negativity and dishonesty being aimed at the network.
