One of the most famous lines from the great movie, Chinatown, is when Jack Nicholson calls out to Faye Dunaway to "let the police handle it" as she is trying to run from her powerful and evil father, John Houston. Terrified, she screams back at him "He OWNS the police!"

This is what comes to my head when I think of what has been going on in this sickening campaign with the media so patently in Bush's paws.

I have to admit to having similar thoughts in my darker moments.

But with four more years of Bush*, there won't be much of an audience to view their propaganda.

Viewership for the Big 3 is way down in the last 10 years. Cable news is only but a portion of the networks.

More and more people will be using the Internet or just tuning out.

Watch for it. If they win this and start making moves to lockdown the internet, we are truly headed for the abyss.

Tonight at dinner we happened to surf by a cable news show and it was more propaganda being spewed. I just said, "24/7, pumping it out," and we moved on.

It's amazing. They must never sleep, they're so busy pumping out their message.
