In other words, refusing to stop fighting the enemy doesn't mean becoming exactly like your enemy in the process, doing the very things that make them the "enemy" in the first place.

Of course you never surrender, never stop resisting, and never stop standing up for what's right, but you don't turn into everything you hate in the process, otherwise what's the point?
