Who is Chris Matthews producer????
Okay, I STILL watch Matthews. He looks at his producer, (and/or his director, this person could be both). I work in the field. He spends a LOT of time eyeballing whoever this person is. If anyone has the info regarding this producer and/or director, I'd like the name, because this person is POWERFUL. Matthews, of late, cannot get through anything on his own. Whoever it is, there is either sex or money involved, I can guarantee you that.

2. His producer would be in the control room. Maybe the floor director
is giving him time cues. I think he just looks away to attempt to collect his thoughts (and remember the pre-approved script).
