The oil and the piplines in Iraq are priority #1. They displayed that right in the beginning when they gaurded the Oil Ministries and the oil fields and not even the nuke facilities.

Instead of allowing the troops to get blown up and shot in the cities why don't they order the troops to gaurd the oil fields and the pipelines. Forget about any other security. Just do what they came for.
