Likely does not have a clue. The Mem Hole is either banned by default in the filter software package they run, or some geek admin has decided to institute the censorship HE agrees with, politically.

I suspect it is the former. You could try to find out what filter software they are running. Some of them are nothing more than software-based right-wing idealogy.
