Okay, was anyone up to the task of watching Lauer and Kelley, part 3?

I promised myself I wouldn't watch, and I didn't. That doesn't mean I don't want to know if she showed up today for the third interview. :-)

1. Watched It, Best of The Three...Lauer Calmed Down...

Kelley was vindicated on the "you play golf with Bush" statement, for all practical purposes. They showed video of him doing it for an interview on a putting green.

E-mail was pro Kelley.

I wrote a letter. There were at least two good letters that Lauer read. One letter said he sounded like a republican.

7. Lauer was downright crestfallen

I don't think he realized just how nitpicking, bullying and downright Repuglican he came off, especially in that first interview.

I doubt it will have an effect on his style of bullying people who dare to ctiticise the little tin Jesus in the White House, but it's nice to see all those emails had an effect.

3. I saw Kitty Kelly on CNN

I don't know who the interviewer was but I thought by the end she was becoming enraged (judging from tone of voice, seemed to clip the interview short) that she was unable to nail Kelly about her "legitimate speculations".

6. Yeppers, KELLEY Continued to be Gracious, LAUER Toned Down

But he was still snarky. He showed video of him and Poppy on a putting green, where he claimed to be interviewing NOT PLAYING GOLF and said, "Now see THIS is the problem (with KELLEY), you INSINUATE..."

I will make the unsubstantiated claim that our e-mails and calls got NBC to turn him around for now. The e-mails that called them "Fox" and "mouthpiece for the (Shrub) White House" were great.

I guess KELLEY is used to being attacked, but it certainly was BIG of her (continue) to be forgiving. She very clearly repeated that the Shrubbites have put pressure on many outlets not to host her.
