7. Me Too.

I'm having everyone I know take the political compass test and I'm recording the answers. Practically everyone I know is in the lower left quadrant. The most conservative people I know, including my republican fox watching in laws, and my libertarian parents actually scored right in the middle.

I know plenty of 'conservatives' and 'republicans' but so far I don't know anyone who is over 1 point away from being in the very middle. EVeryone is there or further lower left.

Some of my republican friends were a bit enlightened by this, seeing that John Kerry is actually to the right of them....others who are more brainwashed just flatly denied the test.

I tend to approach issues from a left-libertarian perspective and usally take left-liberal to democratic socialist positions depending on the issue.
