3. Doesn't eBay have rules against promoting illegal activities?

The auction is proposing that the typewriter be used to forge government papers. The freepers claim that such activity is illegal. Whether or not the freepers are correct in that assertion (if a freeper told me the sky was blue, I'd still look for myself), "questions have been raised" about the legality of this eBay auction.
