Without a Trace is NOT a conservative TV show.
Tonight's episode: a vet with a missing leg who joined the army because the "economy was in the crapper" or something like that. In Iraq, it turns out, you can make a lot of money if you bend the rules, according to this episode.

They did a death penalty episode a couple months ago that ended without telling you whether the innocent guy got a reprieve by the governor.

No happy ending when you have people on death row.

This show's on CBS.

1. CSI is also not conservative...

atleast not the Vegas version anyway (I don't like Caruso in CSI Miami - HE IS NEVER WRONG - reminds me of Bush). They (the Vegas version) did a show last season which was definitely not your typical LE show. They were following the evidence and found out they had focused on the wrong guy.

I remember the W/O a Trace show you mentioned about the DP. It was good. I hate most LE shows because they portray the cops as though they are ALWAYS right.

Love both those shows and "Coldcases" also (all on CBS) - especially since I work with that type of stuff (missing persons and cold cases) as a passionate hobby,

2. They did do a pretty lame anti-drug episode though.
A cheerleader doing PCP and disembowling and cannablizing a fellow cheerleader if I remember correctly.

3. A cheerleader doing something crazy on drugs? Sounds interesting.
Those ARE the people we should be discouraging from doing drugs.

6. I missed that shoe damn...

it had to be better than the drug episode they did on the original "Dragnet" in the 60s. That was simply horrible horrible horrible horrible (can't never say horrible enough times to show my disgust for THAT particular episode),

4. CSI Miami has such terrible writing, and Caruso's acting is brutal.
But I love Emily Procter. I wish she'd move to Vegas.

5. Is she the one who plays the coroner?

if so, I love her also. She was on that show Newsradio with Phil Hartman and I loved her on that show also,
