Severely slow response time on DU????

Am I the only one experiencing extremely slow response times here? I've read the post about the server issues, but will it be fixed anytime soon? It takes forever to load a page & I have DSL. I won't be able to visit here very often if this keeps up. It's eating up all my DSL hours. What's up?

2. try reading and posting in the morning or on "off" hours

I find that the server tends to slow down around 5:00 eastern and can stay slow through the prime time hours. I have no trouble in the morning and afternoon (I guess the rest of you have jobs??? :))

I have DSL and it takes forever to load a page...IF it loads. It's the same problem they were having last week.

I have dial-up so it's never super speedy but nothing like this
