anybody else unable to watch Kitty Kelley intv on C-span?

anybody else unable to watch Kitty Kelley intv on C-span?
On the menu page it's listen under latest video, but when I click on it in Mozilla a message comes up "rstp is not a rcignized protocol" and if I click on it in IE the "page unavailable" message come up.

3. ok fixed it!
Needed to go into Real Player and enable RSTP.

CSpan had the fix posted on the video page, if anybody else has this happen.
