Scott Robinson (aka RNC Kicker) has been outed in the School Newspaper!!!
Bwahahahahaha! Our little Freeper friend who thought he'd go around kicking women at the RNC has found himself on the front page of the Daily Pennsylvanian today (online and on the campus paper)....

:bounce:

This Penn/Wharton Alum is happy to see the little f-cker outed in public on the Penn campus...I hope that little creep cowered in front of Steinberg-Dietrich Hall as he walked on Locust Walk...I hope the stares and glares were unbearable.....my favorite line at the end of the article is "The College Republicans have distanced themselves from the incident." (Yeah, and like the U of Penn, probably no one wants to have anything to do with the little creep).

Check out the posts on the Daily Pennsylvanian Blog too at the bottom of the article if you scroll down.......

Student tied to protest violence in video footage
Wharton junior IDed as aggressor at NYC Young Republican event
By garrett young
September 20, 2004

A New York ABC television affiliate captured footage of a Republican Youth Convention attendee dragging to the ground and kicking an AIDS activist who had entered the event undercover as part of a larger protest against the George W. Bush administration.
The student in the video, whose name was unknown at the time the footage was taken, has been identified by several Penn students as Wharton junior Scott Robinson, a member of the Penn College Republicans.

In video clips on the Internet, the student is seen grabbing for a female protester and helping to drag her to the ground. He is later shown making a kicking motion toward the girl on the ground, while the television reporter commented that he was kicking her.

When asked on camera after the incident if he kicked a protester, the student replied, "I don't believe so." He had no response when he was told that the image was captured on tape.

The protesters were removed from the event within minutes by security and Secret Service agents. It was not until later that the video footage emerged.

"Having seen Scott at a number of events, and having seen the video, I think it looks like him," said Stephanie Steward, a College senior and chairwoman of the College Republicans. "But I can't say absolutely positively."

Despite repeated calls, Robinson could not be reached for comment. However, he previously denied to Reason Magazine that he was even in attendance at the Republican Youth Convention, which occurred on Sept. 1 at Madison Square Garden. Robinson told the magazine that though he was working as a volunteer at the Republican National Convention, he had been out late the night before and did not attend the event.

The College Republicans have distanced themselves from the incident.

"Our group strongly condemns violence, politically motivated or otherwise. This incident is between two individuals at a private event and will be resolved between those two individuals. It in no way involves the Penn College Republicans," a group statement read.

2. bullshit!
He didn't go down at all. He hasn't appologized as far as I know. He hasn't been charged with anything as far as I know, and even if he is charged, what is the worst that could happen to him(and you can pretty much be assured the worst WON'T happen to him). Has he faced any discipline from the school or the party for embarrassing them? If someone runs a background check on him for a job, will it show that he helped bring down and kick an unarmed woman? After the smoke clears and everyone forgets about him, he will be rewarded. Put it you your yahoo, outlook or whatever other calendars you have to investigate the little bastard a year from now. Two years from now. Five years from now. Find out where he is and what he is up to. As bad as the repugs are when you know what they're doing, they are doing even worse when they think nobody is looking. Make sure you keep looking.

12. What post did you read?
I called him a bastard and encouraged everyone to monitor him for years to come. Why would I go down with him and how is he my buddy? What does that even mean? That someone would press charges against me because I don't think much will happen to him in the long run?

A temporary discomfort of scrutiny on campus will go away and people will forget about this story. Maybe he'll have to switch schools, but the school he winds up at will probably be an elite conservative school, where he will be commended for attacking a liberal behind closed doors. Or he'll stumble into a "private sector" job that pays him a salary that his skills and experience don't even come close to justifying. Or he'll wind up working a job behind the scenes for a neocon media front like FOX or the NY Post. Maybe he'll just wind up with a cushy mid-level government job in a Republican administration. Do you really think he won't be rewarded by some conservatives when the smoke clears? If charges are pressed, do you think he won't have the best representation money can buy?

Do you think that stares from classmates will affect his conscious and change his life? While I would be pleasantly surprised to hear he learned a lesson and makes amends somehow, or that he winds up not living an undeservingly privileged life, I don't see that as a reality. If you do, please explain it to me.

If people keep an eye on him, you might be able to use his future success against a bigger fish than him. Taking down a nobody now doesn't mean much, especially if he bounces back and into a better position when you forget about him. Embarrass the company or administration dumb enough to reward him 2 or 3 years from now and you accomplish alot more than making it uncomfortable to be on his campus for a while.

14. Renoray...I understand exactly where you're coming from.
I don't understand the hostile responses you're getting.

Republicans have the run of the country. The cops don't arrest repukes who assault Democrats, but, as you're pointing out, they end up getting their asses kissed 'right propper' by the legal system and law enforcement.

On the other hand, if it had been a DEMOCRAT who kicked some repuke woman (I know, it's too hard to imagine, but, to make a point...), they'd have him put in jail in a New York minute, and the media would be ALL OVER IT! Just look at that repuke clown whose daughter was crying last week when someone tore up her bush/cheney poster at a Dem rally! The Dems are ALWAYS the bad guys these days, and the repukes are just little angels.

I understood exactly what you were trying to say: A year from now, this sissy Young Rethuglican from Penn will be doing just fine... repukes: the party of no consequences.

30. I read post #1
and now posts #4, 21 and 23 and many others like them. From that first one, i have made an innocuos observation: drip/splat.

From your response: BS! i may have apparently and mistakenly read some sort of supportive gesture for the repuke kicker, but you seemed overly aggressive towards my post initially. Perhaps you meant to respond to the OP, i don't know. but it was late, and i was suprised at your response...and as a newer poster i took your response as a challenge.

So, my apologies to you for misreading or not understanding your intent.
That aside, i still believe he (scott/kicker) is on a slow downhill course, and deserves any hell, as post#1 says he's beginning to receive. Following his decline is only a momentary interest to me, I don't care enough to set my future sights on hounding him, nor anyone else.

But perhaps you could apply some of the energy you have pursuing him and keeping the focus on his miserable life.
Good luck.

peace,

4. Scott? Is that you Scott?
Well, if it is you Scott, do me a favor...tommorrow, when you go to Steinberg-Dietrich Hall, (assuming you can still show your face), go stop by the offices of Prof. Kenneth Shropshire. In case you missed his required class on "ethics in business" for Wharton Undergrads, or you had it from another Prof at Wharton, ask him if he knows who "Pachamama" is....In between laughter, because I've contacted him about you, he'll tell you that you just managed to piss off one very active alumnus from Penn and Wharton who gives a lot of money and knows a lot of people...He'll tell you that you pissed off someone that will make sure your tenure is an unpleasant one and that when you do start looking in the biz world, that it has just been made very difficult. Next time your "swimming or working out" at the campus, think about my name and then tell me whether you wonder if your life at Penn and in the Business world will be a problem in the future....

Drink a Highball Scott Robinson, your going to need a lot of those!

Go Quakers!

Drink a highball, at nightfall,
Be good fellows while you may
For tomorrow may bring sorrow,
So tonight, let's all, be gay!

Tell the story, of the glory,
Of Pennsylvan-i-a,
Drink a highball, and be jolly
Here's a toast to dear old Penn!

Please come visit me ASAP, but if I get cold feet or whine about being in school, please do not leave until I sign all the forms for enlistment. Sick of Radical Protestors?
Koch Fellows,

My good friend from school, Dan Kline has a Protest Warrior Chapter. It is a great organization that opposes left-wing protests and demonstrations, and does a little counter protestation of its own.

Watching some of the clips and reading a little from the website (and from elsewhere and my personal visits to some of these demonstrations), many people wouldn't believe some of the radical tactics that many of these maniacs employ. When the mob mentality sweeps over them, they are so full of hatred and a wreckless disregard for truth, reason, and couth.

Anyone who wants to is welcome to join our U of Penn chapter for the periodic updates. There are numerous other towns and colleges with chapters. You can browse by state. Just go to this link and click on "register". There are no obligations and if you decide to, I'm sure that you will be glad that you did. Pass this on the word to fellow anti-protesters.....

In one of his blog entries, Scott Robinson bragged about hosting President Bush at his "summer apartment" in Falls Church, VA. It sounds like young Scott is well-connected to BushCo.

It would be interesting to find out who Scott Robinson's parents are and how they are connected to Bush.

I did a little research. Scott Robinson is from Carlisle, PA. There is a law firm with offices in Carlisle, Harrisburg, and D.C. called R & G, for Gerald S. Robinson and Manuel R. Geraldo. I have no idea if there is any connection.

RNC: Repubs drag a woman down and kick her for protesting. Attacker caught on tape doing it. Denies it. Outted at school.
No apologies from Republicans or the attacker.

Edwards Rally: Repub has own son tear up his Repub sign so he can get press time. Obvious setup. No signs of any attacks/violence/anything from Democrats on scene.
Democratic officials twice apologize, to be safe.

If you ever needed affirmation as to which party actually gives a crap about human beings, this does it.
